Exchange/Return Policy

Exchanging items bought online

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't like the item and its has any quality problem.You've got 7 days from when you receive your order to have your items sent back to us for an exchange.

Exchange Policy

We will resend the item you need as soon as we receive the original package and make sure it does not affect the secondary sale.

(Tips:Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.)

With a few exceptions, we will arrange exchange for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the different model in the same price.

Colors

We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, we can’t guarantee that your screen's display of a color will be completely accurate.

Repeat Exchange

We offer exchange policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of exchange made by customers, and continued exchange will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.


Returns Policy

We accept returns only if you received wrong products or malfunction movement/features as we stated on the product details.

You need to provide us with detailed issues with both pictures and videos.
Return policy will not be applicable if you have used the products already. Please keep the status of the package exactly same as you received.
You will only have a chance to return maximum 72 hours after your order arrived.
Once it’s approved, return the package to the address that we gave to you, and you should provide us the tracking number.

Refunds Policy

Return Refund process will take up to 7 working days after we receive the original package and make sure it does not affect the secondary sale, as our payment processor regulation.

We can do partial refund as discussion.
Refund will be applicable for the reasons below:

Replacement for the returned package is not available in factory stock nor our own stock.
Your ordered product is not available or out of stock, and you don’t want to choose any other products.
Your package gets seized by customs , we can refund you or send you a new package as discussion.
